Position: Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Operator

Product: Rigid Containers

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary : Up to AED 3k + Accommodation + Transportation + Other benefits as per UAE labor laws

• Responsibilities:

Set up and operate extrusion blow molding machines to produce rigid containers.

Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal production output and quality.

Load raw materials, such as plastic resins, into the machine hoppers.

Ensure proper mold installation and alignment for each production run.

Conduct routine quality checks on produced containers to meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or issues promptly.

Perform regular maintenance tasks and cleaning of the machinery.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to production schedules.

Record production data and maintain accurate shift reports.

Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow and production goals.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as an Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Operator, preferably in rigid container manufacturing.

Knowledge of blow molding machine setup, operation, and maintenance.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and quality assurance.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Willingness to undergo training on new machinery and processes.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
