Facility Management Officer

We are looking for Facility Management Officer to join the American University in the Emirates.
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or higher diploma.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of UAE based relevant experience.
Skills / Training / Knowledge:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Preferably bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently).
- Proven working experience in maintaining and accuracy of records.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible with work timings.
- Ability to work independently.
- Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with suppliers to provide transportation and other support services for university students, faculty, and staff.
- Updating reports of the university transportation services, basement card reports, and other department operations monthly report submissions.
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Assist in department operations and support services (Receptions, Facilities Management, Assets Management, Procurement, and Stores Management)
- Maintaining the records for tasks assigned to office assistants, drivers, and maintenance personnel.onnel.
- Maintain documents/records and effectively respond to requests. Ensures the facility is clean and maintained according to university policy and procedures.
