Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting LLC is hiring a secretary/document controller as per the below job description:
  1. Prepare letters, reports, memos, minutes of meetings, invoices, financial/variation statements or other documents using word processing, spreadsheet database or presentation software.
  2. Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and directors.
  3. Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  4. Answer phone calls from suppliers or any client prospects and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  5. Perform general office duties, such as monitoring office supplies, maintaining records, management of database systems, and monitoring timely submission of reports.
  6. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
  7. Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, and email.
  8. Make travel arrangement for the executives and manage executive diaries.
  9. Manage Outlook/MS Teams calendar.
  10. Proactive and willing to multi-task.
